Service Desk Technician
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Service Desk Technician to join our team and provide valuable support to our clients’ business environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support and cybersecurity operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other network-connected equipment.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Register hardware, answer service desk calls, create service tickets, and troubleshoot issues.
- Escalate issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Capture and triage ticket information, set customer expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support, following and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Complete unique job duties assigned by your manager.
Qualifications:
Exposure to Critical Technologies:
- Azure/AWS Cloud
- VoIP (Voice over IP)
- BCP/DR (Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery)
- Wireless Networks
- Firewall Support
And:
- Experience with Windows Desktop and Server, including Windows 10 and Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students or recent graduates in technology-related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in IT and Cybersecurity operations.

Sales & Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team and provide valuable support to our sales and marketing initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations. The role will initially be part-time for a 90-day trial period, with the potential for a full-time position offered at the end of the probationary period based on performance.
Sales & Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist sales representatives in lead generation and prospecting activities, including list cleaning, lead qualification, and outreach.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Aid in the execution of marketing campaigns, including list preparation, mailing packages, etc.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in maintaining CRM databases and keeping client records up to date.
- Help with the organization and coordination of marketing events, conferences, and trade shows
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
