Fred is the fearless captain of the InnoTek ship, guiding businesses through the ever-evolving seas of technology since 1999. Starting his IT journey at IBM, Fred quickly recognized the power of technology to transform small-town businesses and founded InnoTek to bring that transformation to Bloomsburg and beyond. Over the past two decades, he’s advised more than 300 businesses, solving thousands of IT challenges and delivering results that make clients more efficient, secure, and profitable.

A big believer in the power of collaboration, Fred doesn’t just work with his team; he connects with IT experts worldwide to ensure InnoTek stays ahead of the curve. When you work partner with the InnoTek team, you’ve got a global think tank in your corner, just a phone call away.

The team at InnoTek isn’t surprised by the company’s rapid growth; in fact, they’re constantly looking for new ways to improve and new areas to expand into. Having started in small-town Bloomsburg, InnoTek now has customers not only around Eastern Pennsylvania but in 27 states and 3 countries!

Curtis is the mastermind who keeps InnoTek’s operations running like clockwork. A Penn State Valedictorian with a knack for turning complex IT puzzles into elegant solutions, Curtis began his career designing high-speed networks for Philadelphia businesses. He joined InnoTek in 2016 and wasted no time revamping processes, optimizing teams, and earning his way to the VP of Operations title.

Curtis is passionate about creating seamless IT experiences for clients and actively participates in national MSP peer groups to stay ahead of the tech curve.

When he’s not crafting IT brilliance, Curtis can be found streaming on Twitch, exploring YouTube-worthy adventures, or dominating a round of disc golf. Warning: He’s as competitive on the disc golf course as he is in the tech world!

Sam is the creative force behind InnoTek’s voice and vision, making IT approachable, engaging, and maybe even fun. Whether crafting clever campaigns, managing the team’s marketing magic, or ensuring clients see the value in all things InnoTek, Sam brings expertise and a touch of wit to everything they do.

When Sam’s not brainstorming big ideas or refining InnoTek’s growth strategies, you’ll find her curled up with a good book, enjoying time with her dogs, spending quality moments with her family, or diving into her next fun house project. (And yes, she’s probably humming her favorite songs while doing it.)

Lucas is the Service Desk Coordinator and Systems Engineer who keeps our tech running smoothly and our clients smiling. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University and years of experience in IT and project management, Lucas combines technical know-how with an uncanny ability to turn tech chaos into calm.

Now calling Bloomsburg home, Lucas spends his downtime leveling up in video games, exploring the great outdoors, and feeding his insatiable curiosity for learning. Whether he’s managing tickets, troubleshooting systems, or discussing the finer points of open-world gaming, Lucas is the go-to guy for solutions, smarts, and a good laugh.

Daniel is the tech troubleshooter you want on speed dial. Armed with a Computer Forensics degree from Bloomsburg University and a knack for making people laugh, Daniel has been a vital part of InnoTek since 2021. Whether he’s fortifying client networks or fixing hardware, he brings his A-game (and maybe a dad joke or two).

Living in Bloomsburg with his cats (Maui and Wade), Dan juggles his IT expertise with handyman skills he uses to help his friends with their home projects. When he’s not solving tech mysteries, you can find Dan cheering at a Sabre’s game, tasting wine, or gaming. 

Mike is the IT hero who steps in when challenges escalate. Whether crafting custom proposals or solving complex tech issues remotely, Mike has the know-how to make IT problems disappear. His secret weapon? A passion for tech and a deep understanding of what makes businesses tick.

But it’s not all work for Mike. When he’s not troubleshooting systems, he’s exploring museum ships or cheering at baseball games. Add in beach trips and quality time with his cat, and you’ve got a well-rounded IT guru with a love for adventure.
